Is your organization one that focuses on functional and technical skill enhancement?  Nothing wrong with that!

Does your organization also value highly the building of leadership skills?  If so, you are pleasantly in a small minority---be grateful!  And learn all you can!

Who determines your future?  Your boss?  Your parents?  Your environment?  Your artificially constraining limitations?

Are you clear on the progress you want to make?  Can you communicate it to those around you who can help you succeed?

I am so privileged to stretch my clients to think beyond the limits that their environments might typically allow.

Pause for a moment and consider whether your imagination holds for you an achievable vision.  Don't let your surroundings keep you from working, striving, trying.  I believe there is potential that has not yet been tapped!

God created you for a purpose, and that purpose may not have been recognized by those who have put you in a "box" and placed limitations on you.  Take a look at this week’s article, “An Achievable Vision or an Impossible Dream?”

I continue to be amazed at the progress I see in some clients.  Their growth pleases them, of course (and their bosses and customers!).  I just marvel at the amazing capabilities that are possible in people when they learn how to reflect on what they've been doing and consider different approaches.
