At any given time, I'm helping a couple of dozen individuals generate a personalized leadership development plan.  With each leader, I work my way through the three steps identified in this article, “Three Simple Steps to Improvement.”

Generating the article has allowed me to provide a copy to each client, so they can understand the process in overview (and see how it relates to the rest of life!).
