The distinction in “Have You Graduated from ‘Training’ to “Self-Development?" may already be obvious to you.

Though I can provide training, that's not where I excel.  What I do is cause individuals, leadership teams, and organizations to take the next step beyond training---to stretch themselves beyond what readily available training courses can do for them.

What most leaders need is a change in perspective.  A caring, committed mentor or coach--or at least a collaborative colleague--is hugely valuable.  A valuable ally for you is someone who can be compassionate for the demands that you already face, but who can also encourage your unrelenting stretch to greater proficiency.
