Last week, my article described the four domains of emotional intelligence.  Though the topic has been public knowledge for about fifteen years, I often talk with leaders who either don't understand the concepts or who dismiss the importance of the skills.

     I realize this topic has the potential to beneficially improve the abilities of many leaders to influence others.  You be the judge:  “Why Do Leaders Need Emotional Intelligence?”
