We've talked about the importance of "awareness" before.  But what if you keep doing the same thing over and over, because you are not aware of other possibilities?
     What might be obvious to one person may be totally unknown to another.  Until you become aware, you're unaware.
     This week's article, “How Do We Move Toward a More Collaborative Culture?” may provide some of you with a simple method for engaging friends and colleagues.
