A Generic Approach to Improvement 04/03/2011
The content of “A Generic Approach to Improvement” is not unique to me. Lots of change agents might describe this process--or a similar one that they use. What's unique about this article is that I have not yet written a simple "how to" for people who want to initiate change in their organization. If you click on "Article Archives" and put the word "change" into the “search" box at the top, you'll come up with dozens of articles that deal with change. That should be no surprise, since "improvement" is simply a beneficial change. Still, I imagine I'll share this article with future clients. Why? It's a kind of recipe for seeking improvement. And that's what many leaders want--a way to lead their organizations into a healthier future. Dennis CommentsLeave a Reply |
