Where do those Saboteurs come from? Interestingly, Chamine contends that we unknowingly adopt them to help us cope with the emotional and physical struggles of childhood. They are actually an aid for helping us "get by" those times when we feel alone or we just don't understand what's happening.
Unfortunately, these Saboteurs are not like our baby teeth, naturally shed to make way for more mature ways of dealing with our environment. Like an old habit (which they are), they just hang around and hang us up!
