Coaches help leaders become more aware---and then support those leaders in figuring out what to do about the situation!
Clients love telling me about the paradigm shifts they experience and the information they learn from seeking and listening to feedback. These are the clients who are growing the most!
The article from last week just naturally led to “Being More Aware Will Help You Lead!”
To your greater awareness!

Along the coast of Georgia, from Hilton Head south to St. Mary's, business leaders turn to the Business Report and Journal. Several weeks ago, I started writing for this weekly business newspaper. You can see the articles on-line. Click here and read down the left hand column---the fourth green subheading down is "Building Future Leaders." You'll find my four most recent columns there. Enjoy! My clients love to tell me of new insights they experience. I smile when I hear them, because each one represents a stepping stone of growth. My business is leadership development. I've found that most good leaders are continually looking for ways to get better. This week’s article is entitled “How to Be a Lucky Leader.” If you aren't currently tracking key results, and if you aren't currently sharing graphed results over time with your employees, how might you start? Okay, let's get real. Are you focused every day on your organization's top results areas? Me neither! “Celebrating Organizational Excellence through Coaching” is an unusual article for me. It provides some advanced publicity for the Georgia Coach Association's upcoming PRISM Awards conference. Do you ever have a down day? Mine are rare, but I've not found a way to eliminate that occasional day when my normal vitality seems to be lost. Leaders are bombarded with many demands, thrown at them from multiple directions. Continuing to strive despite the obstacles and setbacks requires perseverance and resilience. |
