Dennis,

What a great article! I am thrilled to know that there is actually research that validates the way I have generally approached my work. I am convinced there are no coincidences. Every important shift in my life has occurred out of developing new relationships and by staying focused on a particular result. I have never known the exact path to a goal but the correct next steps have always appeared as I have continued in conversation with those that I have met along the way. There are too many specific examples to share them in a blog but a critical piece has been knowing that the end result will be better than any I can imagine or totally plan each step to attaining. The critical pieces for me have been knowing the end result, paying attention to relationships, being present in the moment and knowing it will happen.
