Okay, let's get real. Are you focused every day on your organization's top results areas? Me neither!
Let's face it. Your "to do" list is typically composed of things associated with process, not results. The same is true of the other folks in your organization.
Do they know, however, how their daily activities tie to the results you want to enhance?
My hope is that “What Results are You Measuring?” will serve as a stimulant to share your organization’s results more openly.
